Nasihun Aske masu Taimako ga maza

1) Yana da kyau a rika askewa da safe idan fatar jiki ta kara samun nutsuwa da hutawa bayan barci.Zai fi kyau a yi wannan minti 15 bayan an tashi.

 

2) Kada a yi aski a kowace rana, domin hakan zai sa ciyawar ta yi saurin girma kuma ta yi ƙarfi.Zai fi kyau a aske kowane kwana biyu zuwa uku.

 

3)Canzarezaruwan wukake akai-akai, kamar yadda ruwan wukake na iya kara fusatar da fata.

 

4)Ga mutanen da ke da matsalolin aske, gels sune mafita mafi kyau, ba kumfa ba.Wannan saboda yana da sheki kuma baya ɓoye wuraren matsala na fuska.

 

5)Ki guji shafa fuskarki da busasshiyar tawul nan da nan bayan aski, domin hakan na iya kara fusata fata.
